Culinary Arts

Workshop participants make daily snacks for everyone at the Edom ART Lab including themselves.

They are also involved in planning the culinary arts products to be offered for sale for the semester including determining the purchase requirements, pricing and preparation.

During growing season, participants learn gardening skills by growing herbs, fruits and vegetables to be utilized for daily snacks as well as the products made to sell.

Participants are also responsible for snacks and drinks at all events. Local chefs are hired by the Edom ART Lab to teach the participants the skills needed to complete these projects.
