Edom ART Lab operates as a dynamic after-school program which embraces Fine Arts as an entrepreneurial exercise. In other words, Edom ART Lab is a business simulator and Fine Arts is its business. As a part of the business simulator program, each participant is involved in each of our Fine Arts workshops including theatre, music, visual and culinary arts.
Operations begin in January 2026 when school commences after the holiday break. Our hours are from 3:30-6:00 pm Monday through Friday during the school year. We are open full days during the summer and on school holidays apart from major holidays. Healthy snacks are provided. Lunch meal and snacks are provided on full days.
We have been approved as a Van ISD bus stop! We are working to become one for Brownsboro ISD as well but believe the need for it will have to be established first.
Edom ART Lab has three semesters each year. The beginning of the school year until the end of the holiday break is our ‘Fall/Winter’ semester. First day back from holiday break in the new year until the end of the school year is our ‘Spring’ semester. The ‘Summer’ semester is during the time school is out. Because of the nature of Edom ART Lab’s operation, we ask for a semester commitment.
